Throughout my career, I have worked privately as a consultant for various businesses, focusing on developing effective business strategies. One of my key goals with every new client is to deeply understand their industry and the essence of their organization. I've successfully helped launch new businesses, supported struggling enterprises, and provided valuable outside perspectives to companies in need, all while emphasizing leadership development.

As an extremely competitive person, I excel in the realm of problem solving, which is crucial in shaping effective business strategies. I experience a deep sense of satisfaction when challenges are met with solutions, even if they aren't my own ideas. My brain is constantly engaged in problem solving mode, enabling me to approach everything with an open mind. I believe that in the context of leadership development, even things that are going well could always be improved.

Leadership development is one of the most important aspects of my being. When I was younger, I was mentored by some of the most amazing people, and I didn't realize in the moment how much I was growing in my leadership skills. Since then, I have strived to develop leaders, as well as myself, to be better every day. 

My goal in working in teams is to help make other people better at what they do. There is no greater joy than seeing someone grow along side you. 

During my leadership development our team helped create the core values for the business. The first core value that we made was "People are the #1 Priority." This value has stuck with me ever since. People are the core of every business. It is so important to me that people are cared for, and developed to be leaders in everything they do.
